Schedule of the 2 Test Match Series Between Sri Lanka and Pakistan

The Schedule of the 2 Test Match Series Between Sri Lanka and Pakistan has been announced.

According to the private TV channel Express News, the first test match will be played on July 16 at the Galle International Stadium, and the second test against Pakistan will be played at the Sinhalese Sports Club, Colombo from July 24.

This two-match Test series will mark the performance of both Pakistan and Sri Lanka in their World Test Championship 2023-25 ​​campaign. These matches will be played in Galle Stadium and Colombo Stadium. The first match will be played on July 16 and the second on July 28.

The Pakistani team will arrive in Sri Lanka on July 9, and the two teams will play warm-up matches on July 11 and 12. The first Test against Sri Lanka will be played between July 16 and 20 at the Galle International Cricket Stadium, while the second Test against Sri Lanka will be played at Sinhalese.

Pakistan have already announced their 16-man squad for this very first series, which includes the return of star fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi after a long absence. Pakistan has also given two new players Mohammad Harira and Aamir Jamal a chance to play in this squad.

But the Sri Lanka Cricket Board is yet to announce its squad for the two-match series.

24-28 July – 2nd Test at Singhalese Sports Club, Colombo
