The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the 16-member Pakistani Test team for the tour of Sri Lanka, Shaheen Shah Afridi has returned to the team and 2 players will make their debut.

According to the details, Sialkot batsman Muhammad Huraira and Mianwali all-rounder Aamir Jamal have been selected for the first time, the team includes Abdullah Shafiq, Imamul Haq, Shan Masood, Babar Azam, and Sir Faraz Ahmed. Apart from them, Mohammad Rizwan, Salman Ali Agha, Saud Shakeel, Mohammad Hurira, Mohammad Nawaz, Numan Ali, Abrar Ahmed, Aamir Jamal, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Naseem Shah, and Hasan Ali are part of the squad. Under the captaincy of Babar Azam, the national team will play 2 Test matches in Sri Lanka next month.
