The Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) has finalized the Cricket World Cup 2023 schedule and sent it to the ICC. The ICC has shared the schedule with the countries playing in the World Cup for feedback.
According to media reports, the World Cup will start on October 5 this year, while the final will be held on November 19 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The first match of the World Cup will be played between defending champions England and New Zealand. The media report said that the India-Pakistan match is likely to be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on October 15.

According to media reports, the Pakistan team will play matches against two qualifier teams in Ahmedabad and India in Hyderabad, while the Pakistan cricket team will play against Australia and New Zealand in Bengaluru. Pakistan team will play against Afghanistan and South Africa in Chennai, Bangladesh, England. The final schedule of the World Cup is likely to be released this week.
It should be noted that Pakistan has made it clear to India that Pakistan will not play any match in Ahmedabad except the final of the World Cup.
