The two-day visit of International Cricket Council ICC Chairman Greg Barkley and Chief Executive Jeff Allardyce to Pakistan has come to an end.
According to the press release issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board, this was Greg Barkley’s first visit to Pakistan. On this visit, the ICC officials met the Chairman of the Management Committee of the PCB, Najam Sethi, and other officials of the board. Common issues related to the development of cricket and its further promotion were discussed.
Greg Barkley said that he was very happy to come to Pakistan, his idea is to visit all the member countries of the ICC and see that cricket and its administrative affairs are under its jurisdiction in each member country. How are they being run because each country is different from the others in terms of its size, economy, and cricket ranking?

He praised the facilities of cricket in Pakistan and said that these facilities and programs related to cricket are very great. Now that international cricket is back in Pakistan, the Pakistan Cricket Board is successfully playing its role in bilateral cricket arrangements. He expressed hope that we will see Pakistan’s men’s and women’s cricket at the next level. And from the commercial point of view, its positive effects will be seen.
