Indian Wrestlers Threatened to Throw Their Medals in the River Ganges in Protest. In a protest against the sexual harassment of these women wrestlers, the wrestlers said that they would throw their medals in the Ganga River in the city of Haridwar in the state of Uttarakhand. He said that now these medals have no status and are being used by the system as propaganda.
