WC captain Babar Azam says that he was not told that he will be retained as captain till the World Cup.
During the press conference after the defeat in the last ODI against New Zealand, Babar Azam said that the series was very good, and good news was also received. Any number of matches will give a good opportunity to prepare for the mega event.

Talking about the performance of the New Zealand team, Babar said that they didn’t think the New Zealand B team was playing. You can’t think of any team that is weak or strong.
He further said that I don’t know anything about the captaincy till the World Cup, I was not told that I will remain the captain till the World Cup, the arrival of the new management has not made much difference, the management members have been with the team before. So I have some knowledge of things.
